When I went to the new psychiatrist he talked to me about people with comorbid GAD/major depression/ADD/SPD. Basically, I’m a basket case! I had testing done in the fourth grade and was not given much of a diagnosis beyond “slow cognitive processing speed”. That’s a weirdly slang-y term for a mental “disorder”. Sluggish: apparently an academic term. It’s apparently not recognized, which is probably the reason I never received a diagnosis by name.
It’s like ADD, but you can’t take aderall because it makes you even more anxious.
